How it works

  1. Export your contact list as .csv from Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.
  2. Drop it above — name, phone and email columns are detected automatically; fix the mapping if something looks off.
  3. Download the .vcf and open it on your phone, or import at contacts.google.com / icloud.com.

FAQ

How do I import the VCF to my iPhone or Android?

Send the file to the phone (AirDrop, email, messenger, cloud link) and tap it — both systems offer to add all contacts. For Google accounts, import at contacts.google.com and it syncs to the phone.

What columns does my CSV need?

A name (or first/last name) plus at least a phone or an email. Company, title, website, address, birthday and notes are mapped automatically when present.

My CSV uses semicolons / has weird characters

Save it as “CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited)” from Excel. If names come out garbled, the file was saved in a legacy encoding — re-export as UTF-8.

Which vCard version do I get?

vCard 3.0 — accepted by iPhone, Android, Google, iCloud and Outlook.
